BN Recipes: Holiday Vegan Hot Chocolate

Nothing is better than hot cocoa on a cold day! This rich, velvety drink not only tastes delicious, it's packed with plant-based protein that will help fuel your winter fun. So grab your skis, snowboard, or maybe just a blanket and cozy up with a mug of this rich, 100% vegan drink:

This recipe is very simple to make, and though it can be heated up in the microwave, cooking on a stovetop will produce the best results. Here's what you will need: 

1/2 scoop BN Labs Chocolate Vegan Protein powder
1 cup full fat coconut milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 drops liquid stevia, or more to taste
sprinkle of cinnamon


Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in a blender and process until smooth. Heat over medium high until the mixture is just about to boil, stirring frequently. Sprinkle cinnamon into the bottom of your mug and pour mixture in. Enjoy as-is, or top with vegan marshmallows!
