Delicious & Nutritious Banana Muffins

What You'll Need:

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 ¾ cup of whole wheat flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda, protein powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Mix eggs, oil, honey, and vanilla for 2 minutes and add bananas and flour mixture. Bake for 50-55 minutes for the yummiest treat!
