flue remedies water

These no-bake vegan protein balls taste like a decadent treat, but they are healthy enough to eat for breakfast. They will keep will in the fridge for about three days, but can also be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. We love the convenience factor of these tasty little bites- there's no cooking involved, and cleanup is a breeze.

To Make 12 Protein Balls You Will Need:

1/2 cup BN Labs Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
1 cup instant oatmeal
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup small chocolate chips
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup brown rice syrup extract
2 tbsp vanilla extract

alkalizing greens

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl, and mix together until you get a consistent texture. Using your hands works best. Divide mixture in 12 equal parts and use your hands to tightly pack together and form balls. If mixture is too thick, add in 1 tbsp of water until desired consistency is reached. Place on wax paper and refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Protein balls are best served slightly chilled as they may begin to get messy to eat at room temperate.
