The Weekend Treat!

Your weekend just got better with this vanilla protein ice cream recipe!

What You'll Need:

- 1.5-2 cups of ice

- 1.5 scoops of vanilla vegan or grass fed whey protein powder

- 1-2 ounces of almond coconut milk

- 3 tablespoons liquid egg whites

- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

What You'll Do:

Blend everything up in a blender and then pop into the freezer. Give it about 4 hours and then enjoy!
