Vegan Vanilla Berry Power Smoothie

Smoothies are a great option for a quick, healthy meal on the go. This recipe packs in 28 grams of protein with a complete amino acid profile, 2 servings of fruit, and a serving of vitamin-rich veggies. If you’re watching your sugar intake, you can leave out the banana- it’s still delicious!

Ingredients: 


1 scoop BN Labs Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1/2 cup mixed berries
1 cup chopped kale leaves
¼ cup ice 
½ frozen banana
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions: 

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Best served immediately.
